I'm a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and mum of two. I've spent years studying nutritional science and working with clients to help them reach their health and weight loss goals.
I know how daunting it can be to juggle healthy eating with looking after small children and babies - you need to keep your energy levels high and stress levels low!
